Getting it done, again

Amazing! Lorena was in a tournament last week, and she didn't win? No, she was tied for first after 72 holes in the Long's Drug Challenge with Suzann Petterson, so they went into a sudden death playoff. They replayed the 18th hole, and both ladies birdied it. Back to the tee box, played the same hole again, and Lorena missed a long birdie putt, while Suzann managed another birdie. So finally, somebody beat the #1 woman golfer in the world.

Now, this week, Lorena seems determined to stop the losing streak! :)

She is tied for the third at -4 in the Samsung World Challenge, which has a limited field. Only 20 golfers are invited. In the lead after day one: Paula Creamer and Angela Park both shot -5, with Lorena, Morgan Pressel and Mi Hyun Kim at -4.

Notably, bringing up the rear is Michelle Wie, at +7.
