Grace

I haven't done a book review in a while, but this one just grabbed me. I saw the author interviewed on Glenn Beck, and Glenn just raved about the book. I've read others by the author (Richard Paul Evans), notably The Christmas Box, which was made into a movie with Maureen O'Hara and Richard Thomas (remember John-boy Walton?)... So I thought this one might be worth the read, and, wow, was it ever!

I'm not even sure how much to say about it for fear of ruining the special, page-turning joy that a good book brings. I'll say this much -- it is fiction, but it feels so real. It grabs your heart early on and never lets go.

And I'll also say that it is a fast read -- I picked it up about 9:30 last night, and by 11 I was over half-way through it. Then I finished it over lunch today.

Really an extraordinary read, go grab one, or wait for me to bring it home at Thanksgiving... Just make sure it gets on your must read list...!
