New brew!

And lastly, for those who read my blog solely for the new brew recommendations (you know who you are) -- I just tried this one yesterday at Old Chicago. It's called Strawberry Harvest Lager, made by a brewer I'd never heard of, Abita. The bartender recommended it and I wasn't sure I'd like a strawberry-flavored beer, but I gave it a try and I really did enjoy it. Give it a shot (pun intended) next time you are at Old Chicago, or if you can find it by the six-pack somewhere.

Speaking of being at Old Chicago -- I'm getting close to the end of the tour! Yesterday marked my 100th beer on the 110 World Beer Tour! Woo-hoo!! You can see some of the prizes I've earned below: the cap comes with your 85th beer, and the soft-sided cooler with your 100th!
